He grew the company from inception to being recognized by Gartner as a top 4 company globally, before selling to Basware Inc. He also led a group that acquired Eastern Medical and Surgical and served as its VP Operations / CFO until its sale to Henry Schein. He has led product management and business operations for leading edge businesses requiring strong hands-on operations expertise tempered by decades of experience as an investor/COO. He is a proven entrepreneur and was most recently COO, Operations of Dayamed Health. Prior to that, he was COO of Vector Innovations, where he built, operationalized and implemented an advanced software product for long-term healthcare pharmacies used in 40+ states by PharMerica, a division of AmerisourceBergen. He was in charge of all operations for the largest mail-order pharmacy in Canada, which became “the company to watch” in innovative pharmacy fulfillment in Canada delivering 5,000+ prescriptions daily. Prior to that, he was CEO of Vector Innovations, a software and service firm backed by a number of well-regarded venture firms and successfully exited. He has led a number of large-scale projects, restructuring companies in the US, Brazil and Australia at New York-based Tandon Capital, managing strategy and operations projects at Booz Allen & Hamilton and completing corporate finance transactions at Citibank in the US and Europe.
